Lee Chimerakis - Retired Financial Professional

After graduating from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in American studies, Lee Chimerakis earned several financial licenses, including the state of Florida health, life, & annuity license. Beginning his career in the financial industry, he spent more than three decades working with wealthy business owners and families. Lee Chimerakis also became an NFLPA Registered Player Financial Advisor and worked with NBA and NFL coaches.

Throughout his career, Mr. Chimerakis held positions such as director and portfolio manager at Alex Brown and senior portfolio manager and executive director of investments at the Omega Group of Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. He partnered with Bryan Beasley in 2006 to found The Chimerakis Group. He also spent nine years at a Private Wall Street Investment Firm as senior vice president until he retired in February of 2018.

Now Mr. Chimerakis keeps active with the Center for Greek Studies at his alma mater and the Honda Classic Ambassador Club, and in addition he volunteers with Student ACES for Leadership as a mentor for local student-athletes. His hobbies include backroads cycling, golfing, and running. He also enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.
